Underground utilities will be located and marked with flags and/or lawn paint.
In areas with above-ground utilities, fiber will be attached to existing electric or telephone poles.
In areas with underground utilities, digging and boring will begin.
Conduit will be fed into the ground and then fiber will be placed. Both will be distributed via large reels.
Underground boxes will serve as access points for our technicians to access the buried fiber network.
Once construction is complete, our crews will rake, seed, and straw areas where digging occurred.

The black cases are called splicing terminals. They provide a connection between lengths of fiber and make repairs between sections of fiber much easier.
