What you may notice:

  • A device (phone, tablet, etc.) may briefly disconnect
  • It reconnects automatically

What you should know:

  • Your internet service stays active
  • This is not caused by anything in your home

What we're doing:

We are working with our equipment partners and testing updates daily.

Improvements have already been made, and more are in progress.

TV “Reconnecting” Message

  • A message may briefly appear while watching TV
  • Changing the channel usually clears it

What you should know:

  • This is not a WiFi or internet issue
  • Your service remains active
