What you may notice:
- A device (phone, tablet, etc.) may briefly disconnect
- It reconnects automatically
What you should know:
- Your internet service stays active
- This is not caused by anything in your home
What we're doing:
We are working with our equipment partners and testing updates daily.
Improvements have already been made, and more are in progress.
TV “Reconnecting” Message

What you may notice:
- A message may briefly appear while watching TV
- Changing the channel usually clears it
What you should know:
- This is not a WiFi or internet issue
- Your service remains active
